1. General rules for all offers

These Bonus Terms apply to every promotion, bonus and reward on Truehouse, together with our Terms and Conditions. Any offer-specific terms shown with an offer also apply.

Offers are available only to players eligible under the Terms and Conditions, one per person unless an offer says otherwise. Accounts that are self-excluded, on a break, suspended, registered in a Restricted Territory, or waiting for a required check cannot receive or claim bonuses or rakeback until that is resolved. We will not send promotional messages to anyone who is self-excluded or has asked us not to.

No promotion changes any game’s rules, odds or outcomes.

Promotion abuse is not allowed. This includes: opening more than one account, or using someone else’s account, to claim an offer again; working with other players to claim or clear offers; and using an error in an offer. Where we find abuse, we may withhold or remove the bonus and the winnings that came from it, and take action under the Terms and Conditions. We will explain any such decision, and you can challenge it through the Complaints Procedure.

We may change or end an offer for future claims at any time. A bonus already credited keeps the terms it was given under.

2. Welcome offer: 200% on your first deposit

The welcome offer runs for three calendar months from the moment it is started on the site; its exact start and end times are shown in the offer. Any account with no earlier Bitcoin deposit at Truehouse qualifies, including one opened before the offer started. Only that account’s first deposit, first received during the offer, counts.

The bonus is 200% of the qualifying deposit, up to a maximum bonus of 1 BTC. For example, a 0.1 BTC deposit earns a 0.2 BTC bonus; a deposit of 0.5 BTC or more earns the maximum 1 BTC. The bonus is credited automatically, once the deposit reaches the confirmations shown in Wallet. If the account is not eligible at that moment (see section 1), the deposit is still credited but no bonus is given.

Wagering requirement: you can play with the bonus straight away, but the bonus amount can only be withdrawn once you have placed bets totalling 8 times the bonus amount, counted from when the bonus was credited. For example, a 0.2 BTC bonus needs 0.2 × 8 = 1.6 BTC of bets. Every settled bet on every game counts in full, whether it wins or loses. A round that was finished without being played (for example a round left untouched and returned at its stake) does not count. There is no time limit for completing the wagering. Wallet shows your progress.

Until the wagering is complete, you can withdraw anything in your balance above the bonus amount, including your own deposit, at any time. If your balance falls below the bonus amount, what is left is the part that cannot yet be withdrawn.

You can give the bonus up at any time from Wallet. The bonus amount, or what is left of it if your balance is lower, is removed, and the rest of your balance can then be withdrawn. This cannot be undone.

If the qualifying deposit is reversed by the Bitcoin network, the bonus is removed with it (Terms and Conditions, section 6).

One welcome bonus per person. Withdrawals are still reviewed by our team as usual; the bonus does not change that.

3. Rakeback

Every settled bet earns rakeback: 5% of the house edge on that bet. In figures: rakeback = stake × the game’s house edge × 5%. For example, a 0.001 BTC bet on a game with a 12% house edge earns 0.001 × 0.12 × 0.05 = 0.000006 BTC. You earn it whether the bet wins or loses. Bets still in play, void bets, and rounds finished without being played do not earn rakeback.

Rakeback builds up in your account and you claim it from the VIP page, once it reaches the minimum shown there (currently 0.000001 BTC). It is paid to your balance as cash: no wagering requirement, and it can be withdrawn like any balance. Very large amounts of unclaimed bets are paid over more than one claim.

The rate that applies is the one in force when you claim. If we ever reduce the rate, we will announce it at least 7 days in advance so you can claim what you have earned first.

Rakeback is always a small part of the house edge, so it never makes a game favour the player. Accounts listed in section 1 cannot claim until the restriction ends; rakeback earned before that is kept.

4. VIP tiers

Your VIP tier follows your settled bets over the last 30 days: Starter from 0, Bronze from 0.01 BTC, Silver from 0.1 BTC, Gold from 0.5 BTC, Platinum from 2 BTC, and Diamond from 10 BTC. Rounds finished without being played do not count. Your tier is a status shown on the VIP page; at present every tier receives the same 5% rakeback. Tiers never change any game’s odds, and we do not encourage anyone to bet more to reach a tier.

5. Battle pass, leaderboard and community goals

The battle pass, the weekly leaderboard and the weekly community goals award cosmetic items only: titles, frames and card backs. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged, and do not change any game.

Battle pass experience comes from settled bets (capped each day) and from missions. Bonus balance rewards shown in the battle pass are not available on the real-money service.

The weekly leaderboard ranks each player’s single best multiplier of the week, on bets of at least 0.0001 BTC; ties go to whoever reached it first. The week runs Monday to Monday (UTC). The top three receive cosmetic prizes when the week closes. Players who are self-excluded or on a break are not listed.
