1. About Truehouse and these terms
Truehouse (truehouse.gg, the “Service”) is operated by Truehouse Gaming LLC, a company registered in Saint Kitts and Nevis (Nevis) under number L26983, with its registered address at Arthur L. Evelyn Building, Suite 6, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis, West Indies (“Truehouse”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We are licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and operate under Licence No. ALSI-202609026-FI1.
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and us. They apply together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, Bonus Terms, AML & KYC Policy, Fair Play page and Complaints Procedure, which form part of these Terms. If an offer has its own terms, those apply to that offer as well. If anything in another document conflicts with these Terms, these Terms apply unless the other document says otherwise.
By opening an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. Contact: support@truehouse.gg or Help & Support in your account.
2. Who can play
To open an account and play you must: be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you are if that is higher; have full legal capacity; be playing for yourself, for recreation, with your own money; and not be a resident of, or located in, a Restricted Territory (section 3).
You may not open an account or play if you have self-excluded from gambling with us, if you are an employee, director or contractor of Truehouse or of a supplier with access to our games or systems, or a member of their household, or if we have previously closed an account of yours for a breach of these Terms.
It is your responsibility to make sure that online gambling is legal for you where you are. We make no statement that it is.
3. Restricted Territories
You may not open an account, deposit, play or withdraw from: the United States and its territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands); the United Kingdom and the British Overseas Territories; Australia and its external territories; France and its overseas departments, collectivities and territories; Germany; the Netherlands, including Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba; Spain; Austria; and the Union of Comoros (each a “Restricted Territory”). This list may change; the current list is always shown here.
We check the country you connect from, using your IP address, and the country you registered with. Visitors connecting from a Restricted Territory cannot open the Service (other than these policies), and accounts registered with a country in this list cannot be created. If a country is added to the list after you opened an account, the account can no longer be used to bet, deposit, claim rewards or withdraw, and we may suspend or close it. Any funds remaining in such an account may be withheld at our discretion.
You must not use a VPN, proxy or any other means to hide your location or to get around these restrictions. If you do, we may close the account and void bets placed in breach of this section.
4. Your account
You may hold only one account. Give accurate details when you register (email, date of birth and country) and keep them up to date. Your account is personal: do not let anyone else use it, and do not use anyone else’s.
Keep your password, two-factor codes, recovery codes and devices secure. We strongly recommend turning on two-factor authentication. Contact Support immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account. Activity on your account is treated as yours unless we have reason to believe otherwise.
We never ask for your password, two-factor codes or recovery codes. Anyone who does is not us.
5. Verifying age and identity
When you open an account you give your date of birth and confirm that you are 18 or over; we refuse an account whose date of birth shows under 18. By opening an account you confirm that the information you give is true.
We do not run a full identity check on every account. We may at any time, and in particular before processing a withdrawal, once your total deposits pass €5,000, or when a transaction is suspicious, ask you to verify your identity, age, address, the ownership of a Bitcoin wallet, or the source of your funds or wealth, for example when required by our licence, our AML & KYC Policy or a review of your account. While a requested check is outstanding, betting, deposits and withdrawals may be paused. If a check cannot be completed or the result is unsatisfactory, we may close the account in line with section 15. If we find that an account holder is under 18, we close the account, void their bets, and return their deposits less any withdrawals already made.
6. Bitcoin deposits
The Service accepts Bitcoin (BTC) on the Bitcoin network only. Send BTC only to the deposit address shown in your Wallet: each account has its own address. Coins sent on another network, in another asset, or to an old or mistyped address may be lost; we will help where we reasonably can but cannot guarantee recovery.
A deposit appears as soon as the Bitcoin network sees it and is credited once it reaches the number of confirmations shown in Wallet (currently 2). Until then it cannot be played.
If a credited deposit is later reversed by the Bitcoin network (for example it is double-spent or removed by a chain reorganisation), we remove the credit from your balance, together with any bonus that it earned. Withdrawals still waiting for review are cancelled and their amount is used towards the reversal. If your balance cannot cover the reversal, the difference is a debt you owe us. Withdrawals stay paused until it is repaid, and we may apply later deposits to it. If it is not repaid within a reasonable time, we may close the account and take reasonable steps to recover it.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and come from a lawful source. Deposits are not a way to store or move money: the Service is for playing.
7. Withdrawals
You can request a withdrawal of your available balance to a Bitcoin address you control. The smallest withdrawal is 0.0001 BTC. Truehouse pays the Bitcoin network fee: you receive the full amount you request.
Every withdrawal is reviewed by our team and sent manually from the company wallet, and needs the approval of two different members of staff. Allow up to 2 hours for review and sending in normal circumstances; Bitcoin network confirmation can take longer, and some withdrawals need further checks (for example large amounts, a recent deposit with little play, or an account under review). You can cancel a withdrawal in Wallet until our team starts sending it.
Check the address carefully. A Bitcoin transfer to a wrong address cannot be reversed and we cannot recover it.
A welcome bonus that has not met its wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn (see the Bonus Terms). We may delay or refuse a withdrawal while an identity, security or AML check is outstanding, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms. We will tell you what is needed.
If your account is suspended, self-excluded or on a break, you can still withdraw your balance; the request is always reviewed by our team first.
8. Balances and currency
Balances are held and shown in BTC. Any amount shown in another currency is an indication only, based on a market price feed, and is not a rate at which we exchange anything. Your balance does not earn interest. Player balances are recorded in our accounts and backed by Bitcoin held in wallets controlled by Truehouse. They are not held in a separate trust account and are not covered by any deposit insurance or compensation scheme, so if Truehouse became insolvent you could lose some or all of your balance.
You must tell us straight away if an amount is credited to your account by mistake. Such an amount is not yours and we may remove it. If you have already withdrawn or played it, you must repay it.
9. Bets and games
A bet is accepted only when the Service confirms it, and the stake is taken from your balance at that moment. Once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled. The outcome of every bet is decided on our server; animations, sounds and displays only show a result that has already been decided.
Each game shows its rules, its house edge (and so its return to player), its stake limits and its maximum payout before you bet. Unless a game shows otherwise, the minimum stake is 0.00001 BTC, the maximum stake 1 BTC and the maximum payout 10 BTC per bet. Wins above the maximum payout are paid at the maximum. The house edge in force when you place a bet is the one that applies to it; we may change a game’s edge for future bets, and the new figure is shown before you bet.
Mines, Chicken, Towers, Hi-Lo and Blackjack are played over several moves. A round left untouched for 24 hours is finished for you: Mines, Chicken, Towers and Hi-Lo pay what the round is worth at that moment (your stake back if you made no move), and Blackjack stands on every hand left.
Crash is played by all players together. The crash point of each round is fixed in advance by a published hash chain (see the Fair Play page). If you lose your connection, a bet with an automatic cash-out is cashed out at that multiplier if the round reaches it; otherwise the bet stays in the round until you cash out or the round crashes.
Truehouse Reels and Pharaoh’s Gold are linked to a progressive jackpot that Truehouse funds with 1.2% of every slot stake, already included in the slots’ published return. Every spin has a chance of winning the whole jackpot, in proportion to the stake: 1.2% of the stake divided by 0.75 BTC (for example, a 0.001 BTC spin has a 1 in 62,500 chance). The jackpot draw uses the same provably fair result as the spin. When it is won, Truehouse reseeds it with 0.5 BTC.
10. Fair play and errors
Every game outcome is provably fair: you can check that it was fixed before you bet and was not changed afterwards. The Fair Play page explains how.
If a technical fault interrupts a game, the outcome already recorded on our server stands and the round is completed from its recorded state. If a fault causes a bet to be settled or paid incorrectly, for example a payout that does not match the published rules, we will correct the result to what the published rules give, and tell you. We never change an outcome because of who won or how much.
11. Rules of conduct
You must not: cheat, collude with other players, or take part in any arrangement to gain an unfair advantage; exploit a fault, error or vulnerability in the Service (tell us about it instead, and we will thank you); use software, bots or scripts to play, other than the autobet tools we provide; use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other unlawful purpose; use stolen funds or another person’s wallet; abuse promotions (see the Bonus Terms); harass, threaten or abuse other players or our staff; or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
Chat is for friendly conversation. Messages may be at most 300 characters. Do not post abuse, hate speech, threats, spam, advertising, scams, links to other gambling sites, or anyone’s personal information, and never share your account details. Moderators may remove messages and mute players; repeated or serious breaches may lead to account action. Players who are self-excluded or on a break cannot use chat.
12. Promotions and rewards
Promotions, rakeback, VIP tiers and other rewards are governed by the Bonus Terms. Rewards described as cosmetic (titles, frames, card backs and similar) have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged, and never change any game’s rules or odds.
13. Safer gambling
Gambling is entertainment and carries the risk of losing money. Only play with money you can afford to lose. Our Safer Gambling tools (loss, wager and time limits, session budgets, reality checks, breaks and self-exclusion) and the help available are described in the Responsible Gambling Policy. A break or self-exclusion cannot be shortened once it starts.
14. Suspending and restricting accounts
We may suspend, restrict or review an account where reasonably necessary: to protect you or other players; to investigate suspected fraud, collusion, promotion abuse, money laundering or a breach of these Terms; while a requested check is outstanding; if the account appears to have been accessed without permission; or if our licence or the law requires it. Where we can, we will tell you why and what you can do.
A suspended account cannot bet, deposit or claim rewards. You can normally still sign in to see your account, contact Support and withdraw your balance (reviewed by our team first). If an account appears to have been taken over, we may also lock sign-in until we have confirmed it is yours.
15. Closing your account
You can ask Support to close your account at any time. Before it closes, any round in progress is finished, and you can withdraw your balance.
We may close an account by giving you notice, or immediately if you have seriously breached these Terms. Where we close an account, we will return your balance to you, less any amount that is not yours (for example a mistaken credit, a reversed deposit or winnings from bets voided under these Terms), unless the law or our licence requires us to withhold it, in which case we will tell you where we can.
Inactive accounts: we do not charge fees on inactive accounts and do not close an account because it has not been used. Your balance stays available for you to withdraw, subject to these Terms.
16. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for providing the Service with reasonable care and skill and in line with these Terms. We are not responsible for losses caused by: events outside our reasonable control (including failures of the Bitcoin network, internet or power outages); your own device, connection or software; a Bitcoin address or network you chose; or your breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the stake of the bet concerned or, for a claim that is not about a particular bet, the balance of your account at the time the claim arose.
17. Intellectual property
The Service, its games, software, designs, text, graphics and the Truehouse name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to play on the Service for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or exploit any part of the Service.
18. Taxes
You are responsible for any tax on your winnings and for reporting them where you live.
19. Changes to these Terms and the Service
We may change these Terms, for example to reflect changes to the Service, the law or our licence. We will publish the new version here with its date, and tell you in advance of any change that materially affects you. If you continue to use the Service after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, you can close your account and withdraw your balance.
We may add, change or withdraw games and features, and may suspend the Service for maintenance or security reasons. Any round in progress when a game is withdrawn is settled from its recorded state.
20. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact Support first. Our Complaints Procedure explains how we handle complaints and how an unresolved dispute can be taken further.
21. Law and general terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Kitts and Nevis as they apply in Nevis, and the courts of Nevis have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory protection you have under the law where you live.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your account or your rights under these Terms. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another company that takes over the Service and its licence, and will tell you if we do. These Terms are written in English; if they are translated, the English version prevails.
